Social Engine exists to transform the lives of vulnerable young people. We do this by providing practical and relevant employment experience, paid work and ongoing support through our Youth Programs.

Our main focus is to improve the lives of young people by equipping them with the practical skills, confidence and opportunities required to transition into employment. We are also passionate about helping them develop the life skills needed for long term success.

Toby helps as Social Engine’s program consultant

The Fight 4 Focus (F4F) Program is for Young people and their parents/carers to participate in boxing and mentoring to build physical fitness, encourage family bonding, and boost resilience.

Toby co-founded this program with Greg Newey in 2024.

This exciting new program is being piloted and will not be available until late 2026
